Putting Rugby First Summary

Thanks for posting that. Very informative. I guess it does start from the top. The problem I've faced in the past is from the bottom! I've dealt with people who were pushing their own agenda. All you've got to do is align the standards & benchmarks in p.e to rugby,create a curriculum, push the sport by attending all the p.e conferences and showcase it. I did this in 2005 in Hawaii but got opposition from all the coaches of other sports, as I would be competing with them for students. They saw Rugby as a threat to their programs. Anyway, it's 2009 now and I'm glad that this site exists! As soon as I get settled in Cali, I will start the quest again!!!
